I wrote my first poem. But it's kinda sucky, actually, so here it goes:
Shooting Stars
In my years,
I've never seen but only heard,
Of shooting stars far and near.
Shooting stars are wishes,
And I hope I don't have to do the dishes,
And be as free as the fishes.

The shooting star is a definition of hope,
To some who aren't free and are tied with rope,
And who hope to reunite with their groups.
Shooting stars are beautiful things,
Only the beautiful nature can bring,
They're even more precious than golden rings.
So, come, my friends,
Don't bother to follow all the fashion trends,
Just hope you'll give a shooting star one glance.
If you do,
Then you don't have to be blue,
Because what you wish for will come true.
